  Interview Questions for Promotion

  Hello colleagues.

  For any of our members whose institutions have police departments, I am wondering if you have any structured questions to use when holding interviews of police officer for promotional interviews to the rank of Sergeant or Lieutenant.

  I appreciate any input or resources that you may be able to provided.
