Foreign warrants are handled the same way regardless of whose warrant it is.

Is there a compelling reason to serve the warrant during class, or can it wait until the class is over?

In order not to disrupt the learning environment, we would utilize the department chair, Dean, or Provost’s representative to make contact with the professor and take the student to a nearby administrative office, where they will be met by us.? The arrested may be transported to our station for a brief period of time.? We would remove the person from the building with minimal fanfare (wait until next class starts) and by a direct route that minimizes contact with other occupants of the building.

Notify Dean of Students, Director of International Programs, whoever you decide needs to know.
