Bomb threats and swatting incidents are reported throughout the nation each year. In many instances, these threats come in a series in which multiple locations will report receiving the same or similar threat within a close timeframe. The BRIC, CFC, and FBI Boston are sharing this threat reporting guidance with our public safety partners due to the likelihood that threats may continue to impact Massachusetts.
