Jeff,
We are using the Opengate detectors now and they are great. During our commencement last June, we were able to process over 1200 people per hour in one lane of Opengate. For us, storage was the issue, so we ended up buying a cargo trailer that was tall enough for them to stand up. The trailer has made it easy to store and transport to events across campus. I hope this helps, if you need anything else, please send me a direct email or call my office at 509-963-2959.?

Hello everyone,
My stadium partners are wanting to switch from traditional Garrett walkthrough metal detectors to CEIA Opengate detectors and I would like to learn more from anyone who is using them. Are they helpful, what issues or problems have you experienced? Are they as effective? A quick google search found that they have lots of false alarms and miss handguns.
Thank you for assistance.
