  Used Body Armor Donation

  Hello,

  On occasion, I have body armor from officers that are no longer with my department.? Some of the body armor is within the manufacturer 5-year shelf life (usually 2+ years left) on them. I do not recycle these back into service and ultimately the body armor is destroyed.? ?

  I am willing to donate our used body armor to colleagues when the body armor still has manufacturer shelf life available.??
