I understand the complexities of leading in higher education environments, where balancing security with community trust is paramount. My leadership has been defined by fostering partnerships, implementing forward-thinking safety initiatives, and ensuring our institutions are prepared to meet emerging threats while maintaining a welcoming and inclusive campus atmosphere.
