It is my honor and privilege to endorse?Chris Bentley for the position of Mid-America Regional Director. I have had the honor of working closely with Chris over the years-as a colleague, mentor, and friend-and I can say without hesitation that his leadership, vision, and character make him an exceptional candidate for this important role.
Chris has been instrumental in promoting collaboration and unity across Arkansas’s campuses and institutions of higher education. He has worked tirelessly to ensure that colleagues statewide have the insight and tools needed to better understand and apply the often-complex guidelines of the U.S. Department of Education.? His ability to break down these challenges into practical solutions has empowered others to navigate compliance with confidence.
Beyond higher education, Chris’s contributions to law enforcement leadership are equally impressive. As the First Vice President of the Arkansas Association of Chiefs of Police, he has done much to promote growth and elevate professional standards for agencies across the state. His efforts in advancing law enforcement practices have strengthened not only individual departments but the safety and trust of the communities they serve.
What makes Chris truly stand out is his character. He is a dedicated professional who leads with humility and integrity, a trusted mentor who invests in the success of others, and a loyal friend whose authenticity builds lasting connections. He has been a constant source of guidance, collaboration, and encouragement in my own career, and I know many others share that same experience.
