    Good afternoon colleagues.??

I’m looking for any policies or SOPs and general best practices you may have related to the audio and/or video recording of your investigative or report-taking interviews conducted in your interview rooms or offices.? ?With the advent of artificial intelligence, I’m wondering if anyone is having AI transcribe these interviews into written format.? Also, do you record interviews with Sexual Assault survivors/complainants or do you treat them differently from all other case interviews???

    Thank you in advance.

    Rob

    Good morning

We do not cover AI Transcriptions in our policy but we do discuss recording statements. I have attached a copy of our policy for review. Hope it helps.??
